I think it's well past time bigots and reactionaries stopped flinging the phrase "politically incorrect" around with such abandon, as 99.9% of the time I see or hear those two words uttered, it's nothing more than as a defensive prelude to some outright offensive remark. If you wish to be insulting, fine, go ahead, but don't try to avoid the likely consequences of your words by pretending that some imaginary Thought Police is outside your door, just waiting for you to make a wrong move; to do so is a mark of cowardice on your part, not the show of intellectual courage you'd like to make it out to be.
"it's nothing more than as a defensive prelude to some outright offensive remark."
I prolly read more, erm, moderate sites than you, but I find that it tends to get used as a prelude to liberal social policy bashing. (ie. I know it's politically incorrect, but social security is a bad idea)

"critical thinker",
I finally figured out that you're a troll, either that or a mental patient in need of his next dose of medication; my fault for erring on the side of generosity. Goodbye and good riddance.
