Here We Go Again
Are we seeing the transformation of London into Israel?
A number of Tube stations have been evacuated and lines closed after three blasts in what Met Police chief Sir Ian Blair says is a "serious incident".No need to guess who the likely culprits are this time, either. How long does it take before the usual gang of suspects trot out the usual lines about a "backlash" and so forth?Sir Ian appealed to Londoners to stay where they were and said the transport system was effectively being shut down.
The minor explosions - just two weeks after blasts killed 56 - involved detonators only, a BBC reporter said.
In addition, a blast was reported on the top deck of a Number 26 bus in Hackney Road in Bethnal Green.
[...]
Large areas around Warren Street, Oval and the Shepherd's Bush Hammersmith and City line Tube stations have been cordoned off.
One person was injured at Warren Street. There were reports the injured person may have been holding a rucksack containing the detonator.
PS: More details here. One of the perpetrators seems to have fled the scene: here's an opportunity for all those CCTV cameras to prove their worth.

Oh prolly about as long as it takes for ppl to equate the terrorist attacks to some form of long running ethinc conflict.

And what "ethnic conflict" might that be, I wonder?

The one mentioned in the first sentence perhaps?

Hmm, a South Asian man in a winter coat has just been shot dead in the third day of suicide attack drama in two weeks, and there's no good reason to compare the situation with Israel, right? Because this is how life normally is in most countries, right? What a load of b.s.
